Our Last Couple of Weeks Together

For the past 2 months we have been getting Brianne ready for her mission.  Before she left we wanted to get in some of our favorite activities.

Here is a little bit about our last couple of weeks together.

On Friday, July 11th, we had our family pictures taken.  It had been 2 years since our last ones and I wanted another one before Bri left.  I think they turned out great.

 

On Saturday July 12th, we surprised the kids and took them to the Max Zipline up Provo Canyon.  We had a great time as we soared down the mountain side.

On Tuesday, July 15th we did a temple session with Brianne at the Jordan River Temple.  We wanted to go to Salt Lake Temple to participate in a live session, but after driving all the way there, we realized it was closed for cleaning.

July 18-20 we attended the GFR (Gay Family Reunion).  Our family was in charge of it this year.  We decided to center it around a sports theme.  We had a "ball" hanging out with the family!

Brianne and Hagen will enter the MTC the same day,
 July 23rd.  Brianne is going to the Philippines Tacloban Mission
 and Hagen is going to the Kentucky Louisville Mission.
